But It's Not From UV!
The recent report that cancerous
melanoma lesions are on the rise is due to an over-acid lifestyle
that makes the skin prone to lesions if consistently
exposed to UV rays.
A lifestyle that is acid – in diet,
thoughts and unreceived emotions - can become cancerous in many ways:
Diet: Soda pop, alcohol, sugar, meat,
refined bread, medications, processed foods.
Thoughts: Unforgiveness, negative
thinking, taking joy in other's misery (schadenfreude).
Emotions: Acted out fear, anger or
hate, or regarding the energy of the emotions as negative, therefore
being unreceptive to the energy.
Frequently, a lifestyle has many of
these acidic choices going on simultaneously. The more acid the body
is, the more prone it is to become injured by infection from
microbes, excess UV rays or even biting insects. An over-acid body is
an immune-system suppressed body.

| Safe to get in if you're alkaline, unsafe if you're not. |
To state that “UV rays causes
melanoma” is accurate only if two conditions exist:
-
The skin being exposed is
over-acidic.
-
The over-acidic skin is
over-exposed to UV rays.
If the tanning industry wants to make
it as an industry, it needs to state that "UV rays don't
cause melanoma in alkaline skin types that receive no more than
20 minutes per day of UV rays”. This would be a more scientific
observation based on fact, instead of just trying to protect, rally
and lobby for the tanning industry at large because it has powerful service industry interests in the national economy.
The tanning industry would do well to
transform itself from being defensively reactive. Being defensive just fuels more negativity on the tanning industry.
Promoting an alkaline lifestyle is central to that transformation. Incorporating the Atlantispa “Body Flush” service into it's UV ray
lineup of services is the practical salon solution. With the combination Body Flush and light therapy, the UV tanning industry can not only be saved but promoted as a
therapeutic service that promotes healthy and esthetically pleasing
looking skin as part of living a healthy alkaline lifestyle.
