The Campaign For a Strong Immune System
Hygiene is the number one starting place to avoid disease and to build a strong immune system. Vaccinations are necessary only when hygiene is de-emphasized as the cultural norm. A shower-based society such as we see in the West is more prone to emphasize vaccinations as showers result in less hygiene than a bath culture. In addition, as long as mainstream germ theory-based science ignores how important it is to be alkaline, vaccinations will continue to go on and even be a necessity in a culture that accepts as the norm a weak, defective and disease-prone immune sytem.
