The news today that tanning booths can cause cancer can be
true under one condition: a lifestyle that is overacidic. Unfortunately, acidic
lifestyles are all too common in this modern age. But that can change.
The Atlantispa way toward health is to alkalinize the body,
thus making sun exposure safe, within reasonable limits, of course. An alkaline
person can have complete body exposure for up to 30 minutes per day, 7 days per week, and
receive the benefits that come with it. The benefits include the all-important Vitamin
D production that healthy bodies need. With responsible exposure to sunlight,
which could include UV light in tanning salons, one can look and feel great,
have a great glowing tan, be healthy and live a long, non-diseased life.
In fact, it could be said that without sunlight exposure, an
unhealthy life can follow. Sunlight is more important for our health than even
water, fruits or vegetables. There are even numerous studies that find that "sun-gazing"
at dusk, when the sun is close to the horizon, is very healthy. Apparently it
activates an imprint within us that releases as yet unknown cues that all is
well.
Is all well? That depends on one's lifestyle. Is it acidic? Then
all is not well, as your freedom to receive benefits from UV sunlight is not
only threatened, it could even hurt you. Is it alkaline? Then there is no
worry: health, freedom, vitality, long life, looking great and abundance are
yours, as you have taken the responsible approach to a healthy lifestyle.
Sun bathing is just as healthy or toxic as sun gazing. If
you are responsible, you receive benefits. If you are irresponsible, you pay
the price. One of the easiest ways to becoming more alkaline is to follow the
Atlantispa lifestyle routine of health. This includes a once or twice per week
visit for detox hydrotherapy, salt and health water therapy (balneotherapy),
and vitamins. Do this for one month, while we coach you in your lifestyle, and
within 4-6 weeks, you'll be ready for the sun, while looking and feeling great.
